Tortoise Lamp

I missed the last meeting with our Lampe Berger representative by about 15 minutes, cheesing me off to no end (I truly love this product). Sulking, like the kid who missed the ice cream truck, I asked "So what "beauties" did you pick out?" (trust me, the quotes you now see in print, were about two miles tall in the conference room). When I saw this lamp, and the others, I felt about knee-high to a snake's belly. Damn, they had picked out nothing but pure stunners!

This Lampe Berger Tortoise is tied with the Athena Ruby model as my favorite now. The colors are as rich and understated as they are masculine, and the mosaic texture within the glaze truly has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. I already have a spot picked out for this model. Well, when one hangs out long enough, that I am actually allowed to purchase it.
