Sale!  Danish Estates: Joao Reis Sandblasted Bent Brandy

Product Number: 004-001-6172

Coming straight out of Lisbon, Portugal, Joao Reis carved his first pipes in 1998, using very few tools, and it became evident to all that right from beginning he had talent. At this point in time, Joao was working primarily as a cabinet-maker, having always been skilled in woodworking, and since has retained quite a resume, studying with the likes of Kai Nielsen, Jorgen Nielsen, Poul Ilsted, and Tom Eltang. Now relocated to Denmark, he enjoys the good life of a high-grade pipe maker, churning out around 150 pipes a year in just about any shape. In this bent Brandy, Reis conjures up Former to create quite a fluid bent Brandy, perched quite high on its transition, like you would more often see in an Egg, finished to craggy, glossy perfection.
