About This Pipe
I've seen quite a few Lasse Skovgaard 'whale' pipes, and maybe a 'seal' or two, but never one with a split fin or legs such as this. This pipe is not a sitter, it's a rocker. The block needed to make this was quite large, and the sandblasting on the surface would be the envy of any pipe maker. A deliciously long olive wood ferrule into stem is just as bold as the rest of the piece.
