About This Pipe
While the majority of the pipes produced at the Preben Holm factory were danish 'fancy' freehand; Preben Holm did offer a line of traditional shapes called, you guessed it, Traditional. Here we have a very nicely executed Dublin from the Traditional series. If viewed from the English shaping perspective, the shape could hardly be considered traditional, however, this version of the Dublin has become a staple of the Danish masters. The grain displayed on the surfaces of the bowl is very good, and the engineering is everything you should expect from Preben Holm.
