English Estates: Comoy's Extraordinaire Lovat (802) (Replacement Stem)

Product Number: 004-002-6478

It's tricky to tell how old this pipe is, but sources mention that the stamp of "MADE IN ENGLAND" ["In" is in the middle, the rest forms a circle] dates the pipe to the 1930s or earlier. However; these were usually in the profile of a football, and this one is a perfect circle. A beautiful pipe, for sure, even though the replacement stem clearly came from a Peterson pipe or something very similar that uses a P-Lip.
