The Ruby Bark carries on the tradition of the Red Bark pipes from the 1970s, though has a slightly different, more vibrant color, as well as sporing a silver band. To my knowledge, no Red Barks left the factory with silver bands (but I've seen a few where customers paid the extra amount for a gold accent). The deep chamber and funneled rim combine to make a pipe with lovely proportions and character.
