"Classic Canadian, very smooth and slightly plump" doesn't sound like anything particularly exotic, yet this soft-lined Dunhill "09" design is one that's proven pretty uncommon compared to it's sibbling Billiards and Billiard-based variations. Combine all the Group 3s and 4s we've ever recieved new from Dunhill, and they make about two dozen, with numbers dropping of into single digits in other sizes - and all that spanning over more than a decade. And it sems especially scarce in the Bruyere finish, with a whopping dozen having ever passed our way either new or estate, and across all Groups sizes. That's a shame, since the deep, dark reserve of the Bruyere matches perfectly the smooth, seamless shaping approach of this Dunhill number.
