Back in the day Sasieni gave their shapes names, not numbers, as is the more common modern practice. (Cue The Prisoner
quote - you know the one.) The Moorgate denoted this shape, a straight Pot of impressive breadth, both in chamber and in bowl. As a family-era briar, it's a good catch for the Sasieni collector, and given the engineering, all the better a one for those who favor complex English blends.
