We've never seen a whole lot of Group 5 sized "13" bent Apples, just about a dozen, split evenly between tapered and saddle stem variations. Conspicuous in our archives is a variation in the shape itself; either half-bent, or like this particular example, three-quarter bent. Of the two, the latter is readily the less common. So, what we have here is the uncommon variant of an uncommon Group size for the shape - and in the rich Amber Root finish at that.
