Rather than stamp this 'Mayfair', 'Oktoberfest', or some other festival name, Chacom opted to just stamp it 'Festival'. With this name, it will never be out of place. Given the popularity and joy at most festivals, I highly doubt that anyone could be smoking this pipe while sipping from a giant beer mug and a lederhosen-clad fellow will scoff and say "friend, that pipe is SOOO last month."
