I hadn't heard of Holmer Knudsen before this Liverpool came across my path, but I must say, he certainly knows how to present a fine classic shape. The Liverpool tends not to get nearly as much attention as the Lovat, much less the Billiard, but I suspect that if there were more like this finely-proportioned, copiously ring-grained number out there, it would be a very different case.
