The "606" shape is very reminiscent of a classic English Pot shape, the shank being on the slimmer end of what a Peterson design might traditionally incorporate, but this is still certainly a Peterson through and through. Especially since they chose such a splendid contrast stain for the St. Patrick's Day pipes. The grain is the major focal point for this briar, as birdseye dominates the right side of the bowl and more shows up on the left. Engraved on the nickel band is a shamrock and 'March 17 2012'.
