When one thinks of "Peterson", a classic Canadian is hardly the first shape one would think of. I personally don't think of it in the first dozen or so shapes when I think of Peterson. That's rather a shame, because as you can see, it's a rather lovely rendition, falling squarely at the 'English classical' end of Peterson's shape spectrum. It's funny, but looking at its proportions, and shank to bowl ratio, this pipe is the first thing to come to mind when asked what my idea of a classical Canadian. In saying that, the piece is not without that masculine "Peterson look" we all know and love.
