About This Pipe
Though we don't have enough to go on regarding this particular pipe to pin a proper date range to it, the quality of briar, color, shade, and style of finish, and the stamping all indicate quite a mature vintage - all are a close match to another piece that we were able to date as being made between 1916 and 1922. And, again like that other briar, this long-stemmed straight Billiard has made it to the present day in remarkably sound condition - were it not for stamping, it might have easily been mistaken as having been made within the past decade or so.
