Savinelli's Autograph series tends to favor the larger sized briars, but this bent Dublin stands out among them and can even tower over their Hercules or other "EX" scale pipes. And it doesn't skimp on any aspect. The briar walls are nice and thick; the chamber is deep enough for a prodigious amount of tobacco; the shank is wide, flared with a gentle bend, and flattened to make for a solid sitting surface. Atop of all that, the dark sandblasting reveals an impressive ring grain embracing the bowl.
