Pipa Croci's "True" stamp is many times misinterpreted as a series name, but in actuality is given to pipes with middle of the road grain grading - good, but not great - ascending with Pipa Croci, Amica, True, True I, Quality Street, Starlight, Golden Flame. We receive more Trues than any other kind (I've described one or two "Starlights" in my time), but I don't think I've ever run across a "Bizzarra", let alone a "True" "Bizzarra" which this piece definitely is. And after an unsuccessful digital inquiry, led me to conclude that it's basically the equivalent to Ardor's "Fantasy" line, denoting a whimsicality in shaping. Observing the asymmetrically of the bowl, the sharp taper of the rim, and the quirky teapot shank and stem... I dare say my theory holds up.
