About This Pipe
Right up front, I have to tell you that I had absolutely no clue that Moretti made a pipe of this size and this quality, let alone a shape like this. The gargantuan bowl starts out as a sphere that had been flattened along the vertical axis to the point of becoming a disc. From there, the left side has been shaped to remove all but a hint of the original equatorial bulge. I have heard legends that pipes have been created that presented 100% birdseye on all visible surfaces. This one isn't there, but it isn't all that far away either.
