About This Pipe
This is, hands down, the tiniest Ikebana I've ever seen. Don't get me wrong, it is a beautiful little freehand, though the fact that is a freehand design, a Blowfish namely, only seems to emphasize just how diminutive it is - typically when you see a pipe this small, you expect it to be a Dunhill Group 1 of straightforward English design. Aside from some very fine shaping, it also packs a whole lot of grain into such a limited volume, with both flanks covered in birdseye, and lovely bands of flame grain right down the middle both above and below.
