New!  Misc. Estates: Peter Matzhold Sandblasted Bent Egg (5) (C)

Product Number: 004-008-2288

While Peter Matzhold's light orange and brown contrast stains have become what sets the Austrian carver apart from the competition, he can produce a fine sandblast when fancy strikes. Even in his sandblasts, it's obvious he uses only the choicest briar for his creations. Just look at the front of this elegant bent Egg: it's covered in the rich texture of blasted birdseye. It's a fitting finish for a shape such as this — its supple curves and sharp heel accentuate some impressive vertical rings along the rear flanks. All that cumberland doesn't hurt things one bit either.
