Though an undefinable oddball of a freehand, the design of this partially rusticated meerschaum isn't bad at all in hand. Thick walls and a pretty good-sized chamber further promise an enjoyable smoke. The stem, like the shaping, is a little unusual, in that although the pipe sports a ferrule, the tenon is still threaded, in the style common to meerschaums that join stem and pipe directly to each other.
