J.M. Boswell began offering their own hand-made pipes back during the 1970s, when wild and colorful Freehands were at the height of popularity. And has to be said, they've retained their own approach to creating wild designs to this day. You can see that clearly enough here, in the form of a sturdily-proportioned Billiard covered from end-to-end in deep, smooth spiral carving - as novel in hand as it is to the eye.
