When I picture a Larry Roush pipe, what comes to mind is stocky, streamlined, sandblasted, silver-banded, and bent. Well, this Roush Billiard skips the "bent" part, though I must say it uses the straight configuration to through extra emphasis into streamlining; viewed from the front quarters, the mass of the bowl and the taper of the shank and stem make this briar bear an uncanny resemblance to many an old artistic depiction of Streamline Moderne locomotives. (It was, evidently, a popular angle to use - and for good reason.)
Just to clarify the nomenclature, this pipe was made in 2012, and is stamped as the 2,006th pipe Larry has produced. Along with being in unsmoked condition, it also comes with a quality black-and-tan zip-up leather bag, and the pipe's original information card.
