Elliot Nachwalter, a new England artisan, has made quality hand-shaped pipes off-and-on for many years, and his website indicates that he is active once again. This smooth, dark-finished bent Dublin derives from one his earlier workshops, however, which was established New York City circa 1980, and shows a more classically-influenced sense of size and proportions than his other, more recent vintages that I've seen.
