We’ve now seen a goodly number of smooth bent Apples bearing the Lomma name. The remarkable fact is how different each specimen has been. The most unique aspect of this particular Apple is the way that the shank adheres so closely to the plump curvature of the bowl. I’m also fond of the slightly flared mortise face and the way that circle is echoed on the stem. The full bend and long stem also ensures that this will be pipe that is as comfortable hanging in the jaw as it is pleasing in the hand.
