Adam clearly had fun with the design of this lengthy Volcano, as is evidenced by gentle asymmetry of the form as well as the delicate, gentle meandering of the underside's crisp, defining line. Though the design looks simple enough, albeit also superbly elegant, when viewed in profile, a closer inspection uncovers quite a bit of artful, and often subtle tweaking and shifting to the shaping. And all of this has been matched to materials worthy of such refined attention; the briar expressing an exquisite grain pattern, and the bamboo, gently curved and packed with a full seven consistently-spaced knuckles.
