We've seen a lot of Ardor Giants over the years. That's not a surprise, as Ardor is the go-to marque for many aficionados of extra, extra, extra-large smoking instruments. That having been said, what we haven't seen a whole lot of are smooth-finished ones - but then how often can it be that a block of briar turns out a shape this immense, and with so much surface area, both with a sound combination of grain and without any flaws that simply won't do on a smooth finish? Well, there is this one, at least, presenting vast swathes of flame grain, even vaster amounts of birdseye, and, of course, positively absurd amounts of pipe in general.
