I know I've probably referred to Ardor as having a very colorful style about a hundred times by now, but, well, it's true - they do. And despite the modest tanshell rusticated finish of this long-shanked bent Egg, it's still
a particularly colorful example of the Roveras' work. the cat's-eye green and midnight-blue mount is one of the most deep and vibrant accents I've yet to see them use, and yet I have to say it doesn't clash in the least with the rest of the palette, and indeed seems a particularly natural match for the translucent amber-colored stem.
