About This Pipe

The shape of Bill Ashton Taylor's pipes have always been inspired by the English classics, given that he is a Brit and held long tenure at the venerable Dunhill Company, kind of makes since. Still, looking at the pipe, I have to wonder if a wee bit of Italian inspiration didn't make a quick appearance. The shape of the bowl and both the transition and line of the shank lead my mind there.
