Bruce Weaver: Sandblasted Bent Dublin with Boxwood
Product Number: 002-531-0041
It can be difficult to guess what you'll see next from Bruce Weaver; he definitely takes to the American "new wave" pipemaker approach of adopting and adapting what works, regardless of what school or era it originated from - a refined eclecticism, I suppose you could say. In this case, he presents us with a very Danish number, smoothly contoured from rim to accent, followed by a fine, light saddle stem. As fitting of one of the American greats, however, he finishes in the manner American artisans, and Bruce himself in particular, have gained particular notoriety for: a fantastically detailed sandblast.
