Typically when I run across a variation from the classic Zulu, it's one that tries to be more dramatic than the standard from - steeper cant, more bend to the stem. Here Castello has curiously gone the other way, with only a touch of forward shift to the bowl, and a very gentle, subtle flow trailing behind. I have to say, it works, though, producing a handsome, more reserved interpretation, while still maintaining just the right amount of graceful gesture.
