The Apple, and bent Apple shape in particular, is often thought of as a rather feminine little thing. Well, not so much this one. Granted, this Old Antiquari is plenty curvaceous, but it also quite tall and muscular as well, and definitely not dainty. I've been told that one of my forefathers, a spry little Irishman who emigrated to the hills of West Virginia, nabbed himself a towering, remarkably voluptuous Scandinavian lass for wife. And that anecdote is the first thing that came to mind in after picking up this briar and giving it a good looking-over. As my great-great so-and-sos enjoyed having many strong children, I expect this big curvy dame of a briar will no doubt provide many a full and flavorful smoke. Good things, as they say, often do come in small packages - but that doesn't mean they can't come in a lofty size 14 or so, either.
