Castello's Lovat shape is such a classic at this point. The slightly sloping top of the shank, flat bottom of the shank and tall, cylindrical bowl are recognizable Castello traits from across a room. This smaller example (personally, I would have graded this size as a KKK, the average size of a pipe in this Sea Rock's batch must have been rather small) features Castello's lovely Sea Rock rustication. The dark stained rusticated portions of the pipe are contrasted nicely by the smooth strip along the bottom of the shank for the nomenclature.
