This style of bent Egg is one typically seen in the Pesaro school, an Italian reinterpretation of the seamlessly smooth Danish original, but in more robust Italian proportions. Though Claudio himself is not typically classified as a Pesaro-school artisan, we should not be surprised that he pulls it off perfectly, as the man is an absolute stickler when it comes to the quality of his own work; tantalizing texture, extra, extra-deep chamber, spot-on engineering and a delightful fit in hand - this is a fine rendition indeed.
