Dunhill: County Bent Dublin Sitter (5) 2011)

Product Number: 002-015-2365

Dunhill Quaints typically start out as some standard shape or another; a flaw appears or a mistake is made, and then someone at Dunhill takes it over to a sanding disk to see if they can't save the briar by turning it into something off the charts (literally, the shaping chart) and more interesting. My best guess for this Quaint would be that it started out as a "21" Zulu... and yet, it would have had to have been an unusually large one. Very unusual: we've never received a Group 5-szied "21" from Dunhill. In fact, the Group 5 designation here doesn't seem right at all - if this briar started out as anything, I would have thought it an HTXL or ODA, given the amount of chamber it's packing.
