About This Pipe
While the Dunhill Ruby Bark has its roots in the Red Bark (a series that ran from 1972 until 1987), it would be a mistake to think of these pipes as "Red Bark, part deux". There is a richness to the scarlet stain that was rarely seen in the Red Bark, and the Red Barks rarely displayed the intense graining that I am consistently seeing in the Ruby. To seal the series unique identity, all Ruby Barks come with a handsome sterling silver band.
