About This Pipe
When it comes to executing the classic shapes, Dunhill is without peer, and the same might be said of their ability to tastefully adorn with precious metals. If there ever was an archetype that best represented the adorned Dunhill, could we find a finer example than the Shell Briar 5103, with 12mm sterling that now is before you? With this particular AD band, Dunhill went to great pains to emphasize the bold antique effect within each individual portion of the hallmark. This darkening, in turn, picks up the onyx of the Shell Briar finish, lending an enhanced visual cohesion, without dampening the impact of the sterling one whit. Yeah, Dunhill always comes through with the total package.
