Luciano not infrequently produces what I am tempted to call "Sawas-All Specials", essentially being variations on their standard designs, which they've altered by shortening the bowls, in some cases to the point where shape itself is redefined. As in this case, for example, where their usual diamond-shanked bent Billiard has been dramatically transformed into a curious, but still pretty capacious and nicely balanced Scoop.
