This full-bodied Author presents the substantial shank we'd expect from the form, but a higher, more roundly shaped bowl, as well as a higher angle of the stem, lend it a look unique within its shape class. The result is something like a fattened-up bent Apple, but with the broader chamber of the Author. In hand it is, as you might expect, softly-rounded, with nice bit of pleasing heft.
