The first thing that caught my eye about this straight Dublin was the unusually jaunty cant of the tall and trim bowl's rim. It's a pretty conspicuous flourish, and it would have had to been. I say that because of the second to catch my eye: the wonderful ring-grain, packed from top to bottom. It takes a shape with a lot of character to distract one from grain like that; this Dublin has one.
