Only the second "B" we've seen from the American carver, here we have a classic Billiard rendered in near ODA proportions. It's a big number with a deep, wide chamber great for those lengthier smokes. The finish here is as different as it is beautiful - Mark polished the briar smooth in a high-contrast Bengal stain and topped it with a spalted maple accent at the base of the stem. As far as grain goes, there's plenty of it with tight licks of flame leaping up around the bowl - not to mention a fair patch of birdseye along the heel and rim. Overall, it's an exotic and exciting composition: one you'll want to tell all your friends about.
