Michal Novak's signature shaping element, his "edges" as he calls them, are I suppose a bit whimsical - and as such, it makes sense that he should come to apply them to one of the more whimsical-looking (albeit actually quite functional) of the classic shapes: the Stack. And that is, beyond any doubt, just what this shape is. In fact, it's so stacked a Stack that the bowl makes the stem and shank appear to be, at first glance, of a nosewarmer-esque shortness. They're not, though; in overall length this extra-deep chambered sitter is really more on par with a decently-sized Dunhill, like say my own Group 5 bent Dublin (which just happened to be conveniently at hand for comparison).
