Peder Jeppesen pulls out all of the stops and creates the first Handmade 9 Grade that I have been privileged to handle, and the totality of the presentation has me feeling like a crack-brained calf (but in a good way). While most all Grade 6+ P. Jeppesen Handmades feature fine sterling work, the sterling on this Grade 9 is a work of art unto itself, and the shape - one which strongly favors the edge over the plane - is both deftly executed and shows careful intent within every transition. Don't even get me started on the grain - but be sure to take a look at all seven of the pics. Amazing just doesn't quite cover it.
