About This Pipe
I've always tended to associate this sort of rounded-bottomed Billiard shaping as an Italian thing, and more specifically a Pesaro one, but you do see it crop up occasionally in the Danish school as well. Peder, particularly, seems to have an affinity for it, as you can see here in this light, golden-finished little rendition.
