The Peterson '306' Oom Paul (or bent Billiard, depending on who you ask and the hour of the day) is one of the few shapes that maintains its number designation in both the standard and System lines. Also notable, of course, is that the design serves both as a reliable sitter, and as a well-balanced jaw-hanger. It is presented here in the Ebony dress finish, which I personally think always creates a fine aesthetic with these handsome form-follows-function designs.
