About This Pipe
Aptly named the Irish Sea series, here Peterson uses an aqua green stain and gloss finish that does a stupendous job highlighting the grain. The cross cut grain pattern of this Billiard sports very fine birdseye on the right flank while the side you see has a wash of brushed out cross grain as does the rim. The "221" is a perfectly constructed jaw hanger, with the bulk of the briar seeming to be in the thick shank.
