About This Pipe
This is fine example of the pipes we receive from Randy that we've dubbed "the Drunken Sitters". How did the template receive that particular moniker? Well, and this is tough to discern from the photos, but the pipe appears to be leaning to one side while it sits on its flattened base. The stem, rather than sticking straight up into the air, leans off to one side by about 20-degrees. It's very difficult to visualize because the interesting aspects of the pipe are designed to be discrete. that is until you set it on a table. An incredibly whimsical piece, and some of Randy's most imaginative work.
