5.32" long, 2.12" thick through the bowl, and blessed with a "Have to hold it" factor of 10/10", this Rolando Negoita bent Ball is the epitome of all that is "good and best" about the American shaping aesthetic and new proportionality. It also just happens to be a Conducta; one of the finest reverse-Calabashes out there.
Given the popularity and hard to deny charm of the compact aesthetic, not to mention a shank thickness that seems made-to-measure to accommodate a reverse Calabash design, I should be amazed that only Rolando employs it within standard shapes. With Negoita, however, "should" never stood a chance; design and engineering innovation has been a part of the established Rolando gestalt for well over a decade.
