This bent Brandy features the warm honey-blonde stain of the Miele series. "Miele", Italian for honey, is a brilliant theme for briar pipes as many smokers initially treat their chambers with a bit of honey to help induce caking on virgin briar. It's a good trick, but might get a little sticky in the production and packaging process, so Savinelli instead used an application of nectar extract to sweeten the first few bowls without compromising the briar. The stem is reminiscent to the honeycomb structure and they also threw in a tamper shaped like a honey dipper to really carry the theme.
