In the novel La dame aux Camélias
(1848) by Alexandre Dumas, marrons glaces
are said to be the only type of confection eaten by the principal character, the courtesan Marguerite Gautier. While Savinelli's new series, Marron Glace, features the colors of the delectable confection, and the KS size upgrade takes this classic straight saddle-Billiard to generous portions, there is nary a calorie (nor the possibility of encouraging cavities) to fret about. Indeed, the only potential worry is not having a couple of extra Glaces in the rack for when this one needs a rest.
