About This Pipe
Intriguing, and darkly hypnotic, I have never seen Giancarlo execute a cherrywood in this fashion before, and I find this advancement holds an incredible fascination on a myriad of levels. Due to a (normally) organic base inspiration, the cherrywood is a very difficult shape with which to create a sense of momentum. For one of the few times that I can recall, Giancarlo pairs a right angle to a cone and then tilts the latter to the fore. While I wouldn't classify the results as "classic Pesaro", I would classify them as a major shape breakthrough, and one that I hope that we get to see far more often.
